Mark Auten

President & CEO

Mark is TRADE Industries President, he has been with the company since 1987. He has a MBA and does all of our accounting for the entire company.  He also is hands on in all programs at TRADE.  He became the President & CEO on May 1, 2014.

Lori Shreves

Director of Operations/ QIDP

Lori is the Director of Operations at TRADE Industries, she oversees all programs at TRADE.  Lori came to the company in July 2014.  She currently holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organziational Communications with a minor in Youth Agency Administration and she has over 14 years of experience in this field.

Tammy Bowman

Business Manager 

Tammy is the Business Manager for TRADE Industries, she has been with the company since 1984. She handles all payroll, billing and maintains personnel records. Tammy along with Angie Morris do all background checks for new hires and all annual background checks.

Angie Morris

Administrative Coordiantor

Angie is the Administrative Coordinator and has been with the company since 2007.  She is in charge of scheduling all training for new staff/current staff and training files, she is over all consumer files electronic/paper,  she is responsible for the server, the webpage, all TRADE emails, setting passwords for Therap and responsible for all office schedules. Along with Tammy Bowman she is assists with running all background checks. On July 1, 2018 she was appointed to be over the Residential Program; she is the supervisor for the staff and handles the day to day operations of all CILA homes.

Christina Russell, LPN

Christina came to TRADE Industries just over a year ago with many years of nursing experinence.  She quickly got our nursing department on track and made several changes to make the department run smoothly!

Karen Bowles, RNT

Karen came to TRADE with many years of nursing experience and has helped grow our nursing department to a great, detailed, well oiled machine.
